Overview:
CBAIA is in search of a Logistics Analyst Trainer. This position requires extensive experience in aerospace operations and systems, engineering and life-cycle management, IT solutions and services, software and systems engineering, and missions solutions.
Responsibilities:
Experience with implementing a cohesive support program that ensures logistics efforts (e.g., inventory management, configuration control, training, and RAM objectives) for developmental, production, and legacy systems (within the areas of missile guidance, fuzing, warhead, and targeting technologies) for USMC Anti Armor Systems.
Develop and update training plans, logistics and programmatic documentation IAW DoD 5000 and Joint program requirements.
Conduct refresher and new equipment training for Fleet units to include vehicle modification, maintainer, and operator training.
Develop and update logistical documentation to include Manpower and Training Analysis and Plans, Technical Manuals, and Training Materials and Fielding Plans, Supportability Plans.
Identify training requirements and coordinating with both OPFORs and OEMs.
Provide input into the Acquisition Strategy and Acquisition Plan (AS/AP).
Provide input into RAM analysis and maintenance planning activities, and coordinating operator/maintainer training for new equipment fielding.
Perform SME representation at stakeholder IPTs.
Develop suitable program/investment strategies aligned with risk and technical priorities.
Coordinate effective logistics support strategy based upon the Program Office, including implementing a comprehensive configuration control and liaison program with constituent stakeholders.
Conduct logistics assessments for both developmental and fielded systems undergoing upgrade, test and evaluation support.
Conduct resolution of safety issues, and resolution of both Joint and USMC issues affecting fielding and configuration of the objective capability.

Qualifications:
Must be able to complete logistics requirements determination studies; inventory and requisition supplies, repair parts and equipment and; maintain stock of supplies and equipment.
Must be familiar with government and defense department accountability and associated record keeping policies and procedures including transportation modes, packing and shipping standards and quality assurance practices.
Requires familiarity with Federal Supply System as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
Must be capable of providing RAM analysis, integrated logistics support (ILS), life cycle cost analysis and LSA/LSAR in accordance with MIL-STD 1388-1/2.
Must be able to develop and review bill of materials (BOM) lists and prepare reports, graphs, charts and records documenting all efforts undertaken.
May supervise lower level personnel involved in logistics support. Performs other, related duties as assigned. Receipt, accountability, stocking and inventory of goods and equipment such as electronic equipment and components. Data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition and inventory purposes.
Research and identify parts and materials from electronic equipment and component vendors and enter information into purchasing database. Record, maintain and initiate purchase request documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors. Provides tagging and returning Government Property to DRMO facility.
Associate degree or equivalent training in logistics and 7-8 years of logistics experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
