Job Description
Overview: CBAIA is in search of candidates to conduct comprehensive Manpower and Training Analysis in accordance with DOD directives and standards. Candidates should possess extensive experience in training, operations, and how to conduct an analysis of the effects on Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF). Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive manpower and training services, producing customer required deliverables that addresses manpower and training requirements for new and/or refreshed military combat equipment or systems. Performs manpower and training data collection and documentation. Participates in analyses to develop requirements relating to all aspects of the Training Analysis and Design in accordance with military and DoD training directives and manuals. Tasks include but are not limited to the following activities: perform functional and positional analyses; critical task lists analysis; conducts job task working groups to validate and prioritize tasks; conduct skill perishability analyses. Conducts Job Task Analysis to map tasks to military occupational specialties, civilian career fields, and billets. Develop manpower estimates to operate, maintain, and support military systems. Conducts comparative analyses between military table of organizations, current manning levels, and manpower study estimates to make manpower change recommendations. Interacts with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Prepares presentations and participates in In-Process Reviews (IPRs) and briefings as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum three or more years experience conducting comprehensive Manpower and Training Analysis in accordance with DoD directives and standards. This includes the organization of Working Groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and In Process Reviews (IPRs). Bachelors Degree in Management or related field preferred. Must have strong analytical skills Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must have proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of authority: civilian and government Must be able to work in a Team environment with an ability to multitask Must be proficient in MSOffice Suite applications Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
